Branch Brook Fitness Boot Camp is Newark’s premiere fitness boot camp for adults of all ages and fitness levels since 2008. Our workouts will challenge your present fitness level, while it sculpts and tones your body.

For 3 sessions/week, 45 minutes each day, you will burn fat, tone muscle, improve your endurance, strength and general health.
At boot camp, people just like your self, who are committed to getting beyond talking about getting fit, committed to getting beyond putting off working out until ….. whenever, committed to getting beyond being dissatisfied with their bodies, are going to commit to being in Branch Brook Park at 6am Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings, to once and for all create the body they want and deserve.

When you join Branch Brook Fitness Boot Camp your making a commitment to take care of your self and achieve the body you want and deserve.
When you join Boot Camp, be prepared to be challenged:
- physically you will sweat, breath heavily and may ache the following day. A small price to pay for renewed health, strength and beauty.
- psycho-emotionally you will experience moments of doubt, and may sometimes want to quit, soon followed by enhanced self-esteem and renewed confidence in your ability to overcome obstacles and meet the challenges of life.
- Spiritually you will be tested, but when steadfast, you will know beyond a shadow of a doubt that a power greater than your doubt is supporting your quest for health and wellness.
On any given morning you could expect to participate in any of the following:
- Floor exercise

- Jogging
- Squats
- Stair climbing
- Medicine ball toss
- Suicide drills
- Skipping
- Jump rope
- Bunny hops
- and much more
Branch Brook Fitness Boot Camp is designed for people of all fitness levels to “get in, where you fit in” with other people like yourself, seeking to improve their health and fitness. The boot campers serve as a support group to encourage each other in their individual and collective quest to grow beyond your present health and fitness limitations. You will sweat together, laugh together, ache together, fall together, rise together, grow together and WIN together.
